User Support Technician

•Location: 3740F 11A street NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2E 6M6

•Salary: 36.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week

•Terms of employment: Permanent employment: Full time

•Vacancies: 1 ( One)

•Languages: Fluent in English

•Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

•Experience: Experience an asset

•On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

•Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer

•Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

•Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts

•Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software

•Manage incidents
