Construction Painters Supervisor

API Building & Renovation is a Burnaby based renovations company with years of experience in the home renovation industry. We provide complete renovation services including remodeling, home improvement, landscaping, and many more.

We are looking for a full-time and permanent Construction Painters Supervisor to assist with our growing business.

Salary: C$35.00 per hour (30-40hrs/week) with 4% paid vacation.Overtime will be calculated after 40hrs.

Work location: Various Locations throughout lower Mainland, Burnaby, BC.

Job requirement:

• Completion of secondary education.
• A minimum of one year of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule painters and related workers on construction projects.
• Identify and resolve work-related issues, implementing measures to enhance productivity and quality.
• Establish plans, methods, and work schedules while coordinating activities with other subcontractors.
• Order and manage materials and supplies as needed for projects.
• Communicate with the employer to recommend hiring and promotions.
• Train workers on job responsibilities, tasks, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain work progress reports.
• May supervise apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
