1432109 Ontario Inc. O/A Zoom Rent A Car, located at 5945 Dixie Rd., Mississauga, ON L4W 1E8, requires 1 Administrative Officer on a permanent, full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Duties Administrative Officer

1. Overall, in-charge of all administrative matters/procedures.

2. Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are properly serviced, maintained, and meet company standards.

3. Manage relationships with corporate clients, ensuring that their rental needs are met, coordinating long-term contracts, and processing bookings efficiently.

4. Ensure that all vehicles meet safety, insurance, and licensing requirements. Keep records of insurance and registration up to date.

5. Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources

6. Ensuring all procedures related to rental agreements, invoices, and documents are in legal compliance.

7. Assisting in tracking vehicle availability, ensuring vehicles are ready for rental, and coordinating returns.

8. Addressing customer complaints, resolving disputes, and ensuring satisfaction.

9.  Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business.
