Founded in 2021, Progress Sport Inc. operates three badminton clubs and two retail stores selling racquet sports equipment both online and in-store. We carry top brands like Yonex, Li Ning, and Victor and provide facilities for badminton and table tennis players.
We are growing fast, now with seven locations across Ontario, including two key spots in Toronto:

We offer training programs for all ages, from kids to seniors. With badminton’s year-round popularity, demand keeps growing! Currently, we have nine professional badminton coaches, all local Canadians. Now, we’re looking for one more experienced coach to join our team, mainly based at Etobicoke QBC.
We need a dedicated and skilled badminton coach who:
Knows badminton techniques, rules, and strategies inside and out.
Communicates well and connects with players of all ages.
Can motivate and inspire athletes.
Has strong organization and time-management skills.
Creates a positive and supportive training environment.
Develop and lead training sessions for players of different skill levels.
Coach players individually and in groups, helping improve their techniques and strategies.
Organize fun and engaging practice sessions focusing on skills, fitness, and game tactics.
Monitor player progress and provide helpful feedback.
Prepare players for competitions and tournaments.
Promote a strong team spirit and sportsmanship.
Work with other coaches to create the best training programs.
Engage with players, parents, and the badminton community to build lasting relationships.
Be part of a growing and active badminton community in Ontario.
Work in a supportive team environment with professional coaches.
