Wage Rate: $44.25 /hour (for 40 hours/week)

Education: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience is required

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations.
• Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections and security.
• Oversee the leasing of space in the facility.
• Supervise services like cleaning, maintenance, parking, security, safety checks, and snow
  removal.
• Plan and manage projects to upgrade facilities.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Manage the facility’s budget and expenses.
• Prepare and review reports and statistics related to operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching products
• Analyzing inventory levels and positioning
• Verifying inventory accuracy and troubleshooting inaccuracies
