Retail Store Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Supervise cashiers, shelf stockers and other associates in performing duties; assign cashiers or shelf stockers to duties.
• Assist owner in hiring and training new employees.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with schedules policy and availability of employees
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals and standards of performance
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

• Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and monthly store meetings for better management practices
• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and by collaborating with store manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them.
• Recruit, interview and hire high caliber employees with in store needs  
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, need and concerns.
• Prepare shifts schedule for floor workers.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of place is maintained.

Job Eligibility:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience as supervisor or similar role for 1 year or less than 2 years
• Able to work efficiently in faced paced environment with minimum errors
• Position required combination of sitting, walking and standing for extended hours
• Able to provide accurate service with strong command over English oral and written communication
• A team oriented employee who can organize and manage store independently
• A reliable and initiative person for store supervision 
• Strong customer service skills and high level of energy

Vacancy: 1

Salary: $35.50 Hourly and 30-40 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
