Motel Managing Supervisor

Wawa Northern Lights Motel & Chalets is looking for 1 Motel Managing Supervisor at 1014, ON-17, Wawa, Ontario, P0S 1K0.
Salary is 22 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).

Job Description:

• Collect payment and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Evaluate motel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience is required or completion of college courses related to supervision is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, and prioritize time efficiently.
