Food service Supervisor

Language - English

Education- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years

Work preference- On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting- Food service establishment

Tasks-
1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
2. Requisition food and kitchen supplies
3. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
4. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
5. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
6. Hire food service staff
7. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
8. Prepare budget and cost estimates
9. Address customers' complaints or concerns
10. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
11.Establish work schedules

Supervision- 3-4 people
