Construction Supervisor

1250641 B.C. LTD. Operating as Mr. Brar railings Ltd. is looking for 1 Construction Supervisor. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our company is located at 20289 Ditton St Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

The Job Duties for this position will be:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in railing manufacturing and installation

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors

• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

• Requisition materials and supplies

• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions

• Prepare work progress reports

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.

Job Requirements:

• English is required as a language

• Minimum one year of experience in similar field is required

What we offer:

• $35 per hour

• 4% vacation pay
