Job Requirements:

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Behavioural Sciences or Industrial and Organizational Psychology

Experience: 5 years or more

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive Tasks, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient Interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Adaptability, Ability to multitask

Job duties:

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
• Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Recruit and hire staff

Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent

Salary: $28.80/hour
