$34.62 hourly
30 to 40 hours / week
Minimum wage is guaranteed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine the size of food portion & cost
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes of foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean the kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen preparations
- Plan menus and ensure food meets qualitty standards
CREDENTIALS:
- Certificates, licenses, memberships and courses (Food Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate)
