Position Title: Manager in Natural Resources Production (NOC: 80010)

Job Duties:

• Oversee reclamation, maintenance, and revegetation projects (post-mining operations).
• Lead the operation of water management systems, water treatment plants, and tailings facilities.
• Ensure proactive implementation of Health, Safety, and Risk Management programs at sites within the assigned territory.
• Develop annual site operating budgets, managing spend throughout the year for efficient resource use.
• Act as Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer/Person (RTFE).
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, First Nations, local government, and NGOs.
• Provide closure planning technical support to operating sites when required.

Terms of Employment:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Expected employment start date: as soon as possible
• Duration: 36 months

Language of Work:

• English (oral and written communication required)

Wage:

• $100.96 per hour (equivalent to $210,000/year)
• 40 hours per week
• Annual variable compensation program with a target bonus of 40% of base salary

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of industrial experience, preferably in the mining industry
• At least 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
• No specific occupational certification or licensing required
