Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight:
- Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring they are clean, functional, and meet all safety and compliance standards.
Tenant Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and coordinating maintenance or repair work to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Leasing and Marketing:
- Advertise available units, screen prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and negotiate lease agreements to ensure occupancy.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and scheduled cleanings.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:

Vendor Management:

Skills and Qualifications:
