Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Wage: $35.00 per hour

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Job duties:

• Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis.
• Establish kitchen staff schedules.
• Plan and develop new recipes and menus.
• Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
• Supervise cooks and kitchen workers.
• Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards.
• Order food and other supplies needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Hire and train cooks and other kitchen workers.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial cooking experience
