Wholesale Establishment Manager

Permanent employment, Full time
30 hours/week As soon as possible

Languages: Bilingual
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Three years to less than 5 years
Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution center personal suitability
Analytical, Creativity, Efficiency, Energetic, Time management, Client focus, Judgement, Organized, Team player

Main Duties
Manage staff and assign duties; study market research and trends to determine consumer
demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales, Determine
merchandise and services to be sold, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets
and monitor revenues and expenses, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
and supply shortages, Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Recruit, hire
and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervision: 5-10 people.
