Role Overview: As an IT Manager at Your Time Inc., you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, aligning technology with business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and leadership to manage projects and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage AI solutions focusing on automating customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and devise AI strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing CRM, ERP, and enterprise platforms.
  • Train and optimize AI models on client data for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and updates for AI solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for successful deployment and operational alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development in AI applications and technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years in software development at a management role.
  • Expertise in leading software development teams and coordinating complex projects.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting user requirements.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation:

  • $60 per hour with workload at 30 hours a week and vacation time of 4 weeks per annum
