Location: Abbotsford, BC V2T 6S2
Salary: 23.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Job Requirements:

 

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or, equivalent experience
Experience: Will train
Work site environment: Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Work setting, Willing to relocate, Various locations.

Responsibilities:

Tasks:
Load, unload and transport construction materials, Mix, pour and spread materials, assist heavy equipment operators, assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, assist in demolishing buildings, Clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly, Travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation is available.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye co-ordination, Sound discrimination.
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
