Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of Station Attendants
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Create work schedules
- Oversee payroll administration
- Direct and control daily operations
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Manage the inventory and stocks used and authorize payments for orders
- Maintain records of sales and merchandise
- Arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor report on performance
- Keep a check that all safety and security standards of the store are met including store policy’s regarding displays and signage
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Perform other tasks as per the need and in case of shortage of staff
Skills Requirement
- Completion of secondary school required
- Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience in a similar field is required
- Previous Supervisory/Management experience an asset
