-Handle email and phone communications with clients, ensuring timely and professional responses and keep up to date information of
clients and provide information to clients upon request.
- Organize and maintain client files and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling client appointments in an efficient way and inform RCIC about appointments beforehand.
- Enter client information accurately into our database, update records, and generate reports as needed and keep record of invoices and business expenses invoices.
- Provide general administrative support, including scanning ,emailing, filing, and other office tasks and set meeting with accountant at the time of filing taxes if needed and email all the necessary documents required by Accountant.
