Our services include diagnostics and treatment, surgical procedures, dentistry, radiology and many more.

 

Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. This will be a full-time and permanent position. The candidate must be a team player who is responsible for the daily operations of the hospital. An ideal candidate is Flexible, Organized and has efficient interpersonal skills. The position requires the candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Employment conditions: Day, Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend shift, On-call

Wages: $ 28.85 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30-40 hours per Week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Business & Work Location: 33498 Bevan Ave, Unit 1, Abbotsford, BC V2S 5G6

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone call and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide customer service
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

 

 Job Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Applicant must be fluent in English.
  • Applicant must be organized, team player and have efficient interpersonal skills
