NRGTEK Construction is seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our team. If you are passionate about woodworking and take pride in creating custom closets, cabinetry, and shelving systems, we would love for you to bring your skills and expertise to our company!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing & Assembly:
- Construct custom closets, cabinetry, and shelving systems using a variety of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Interpret and execute designs, blueprints, and technical drawings with accuracy.
- Assemble and install components to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Material Handling:
- Measure, cut, shape, and join wood, laminate, or other materials.
- Select and prepare materials based on project requirements.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and finish.
- Ensure all projects meet company standards and client expectations.
- Maintenance & Safety:
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, preferably in cabinet or closet manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, planers).
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and materials used in custom cabinetry.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Language, English.
- Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Requirement:
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada (PR, Canadian Citizenship, Open Work Permit).
What We Offer:
- Starting salary of $30 per hour for 30 hours per week (performance-based wage revision after 3 months).
