Salary: $21.98 hourly/ 35 hours per week
Permanent Employment Full time
Starts as soon as possible
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation
Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Duties:
-Enter transactions into bookkeeping system
-Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
-Make payment for utilities, taxes and other bills
-Maintain general ledgers
-Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
-Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
-Prepare tax returns

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience:2-3 years
Languages: English
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Simply Accounting
Personal Suitability: Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Time management, Adaptability, Work under pressure
