Key Responsibilities:
As a Concierge, you will:
- Provide outstanding services to residents, guided by senior management's instructions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, contractors, and fellow staff members.
- Warmly welcome residents and guests upon arrival.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Respond promptly and politely to resident requests.
- Stay stationed at the reception desk, except when required elsewhere within the property.
- Ensure building security is upheld at all times.
- Assist residents and their guests as needed.
- Manage mail distribution for the property.
- Monitor individuals entering the property, ensuring they have a right to be present.
- Answer calls, handle general inquiries, and log messages and events.
- Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Take on additional duties as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in hospitality or a Concierge role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in intermediate IT systems.
- Professionalism: A warm, friendly, and proactive approach to serving residents.
