Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Super Specialist Hair Stylist with expertise in razor cutting, beard grooming, and mustache shaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of facial hair styling, including precision razor cutting for both hair and facial hair, as well as expert techniques for trimming, shaping, and grooming beards and mustaches to perfection.

Job Duties and Responsibilities to be handled in most efficient and professional manner

• Haircutting: Perform advanced razor cuts, fade cuts, and precision haircuts tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type, ensuring a sharp and clean finish.
• Razor Shaving: Perform traditional straight razor shaves for clients who prefer a clean, close shave, ensuring comfort and precision.
• Beard Grooming: Expertly trim, shape, and style beards, ensuring they complement the client's face shape and personal style. Maintain high standards of precision using razors, clippers, and scissors.
• Mustache Grooming: Specialize in mustache shaping, trimming, and styling. Ensure that mustaches are well-defined and symmetrical, using a combination of razors, shears, and grooming products.
• Beard Perming: Carefully and precisely create curls or waves in beard hair by chemically altering its structure.
• Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their desired look for both hair and facial hair. Offer professional recommendations for hairstyles, beard styles, and mustache grooming based on the client's features, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Styling and Finishing: Use quality products to style both hair and facial hair, providing volume, texture, and shine as needed. Offer advice on maintenance and recommend products to help clients care for their hair, beard, and mustache.
• Maintain Hygiene Standards: Keep all tools, equipment, and workstations sanitized according to health and safety standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for clients.
• Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals through excellent service and professional grooming advice.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously develop knowledge of the latest hair, beard, and mustache trends, as well as new techniques and products in grooming and styling.

Employment Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber, with specialization in razor cutting, beard perming, and mustache grooming. Certification from a recognized cosmetology or barbering school may lower the experience requirements.
• Proficiency in styling and maintaining both beards and mustaches, using razors, clippers, and scissors.
• Strong knowledge of hair and facial hair textures, products, and grooming techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship in all services provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create personalized styling solutions based on client needs.

Preferred Skills

Experience in performing traditional wet shaves.

Knowledge of current trends in mustache styles, beard care, and haircuts.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy, client-focused environment.
