Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week with potential of overtime

Salary: $28.85 to $33.55/hr depending on experience

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Experience: Previous experience in dairy production/processing work is required

Education: Not required

Work Setting: Dairy production, processing and packaging plant. Products include: cottage cheese, sour cream, kefir, and cottage cheese deserts.

Language: English

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade dairy products
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train dairy production/processing staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• Make sure finished products are packaged and prepared for delivery to stores in a timely manner
