Duties:

• Prepare and cook Mexican cuisine`s full course meals, individual dishes and foods such as burritos, tacos, platters, sauces and traditional foods.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality of food meet standards
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers and new employees.
