1 POSITION – FACILITIES DEPARTMENT MANAGER, PERMANENT/FULL TIME BASIS. $23.08/HOUR, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR GIOPALM GROUP INC. O/A MCDONALD’S RESTAURANTS, LOCATED AT – 1033 WONDERLAND RD. S, LONDON, ONTARIO, N6K 3V1, CANADA

JOB DUTIES: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues to determine labour cost, , Plan and organize daily operations, Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise staff, Train staff, Monitor staff performance, Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, , Conduct performance reviews, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Address customers' complaints or concerns.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 7 months to less than 1 year

EDUCATION: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
