Warehouse Supervisor

Amson Global Inc is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for their location at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

 Job Title:  Warehouse Supervisor

Nature of Employment: Full-time

Salary: $ 25.50 CAD per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pays at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay after 44 hours.

Job Description:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee’s performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

Requirements:

Experience working in the eCommerce, Shipping, or Fulfillment industry.

Proficiency with word and excel

English proficiency

Heightened organizational skills to handle multiple priorities at once

Education College or CEGEP

Experience:  1-to-2-year prior experience
