Office supervisor
- Location: 1339 Khalsa Drive, suite 205, Mississauga, ON L5S 1W6, Canada.
- Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
- Salary: $30.00 to $34.50 per hour (To be negotiated)
- Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff.
- Establish work schedules and procedures for office operations.
- Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed efficiently.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Manage office supplies and oversee inventory control processes.
- Resolve work-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records of office activities.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support to management by coordinating administrative activities.
