JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process

-Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

 

JOB BENEFITS

- Salary $55,000.00 per year  

- Permanent position based at Mont-Royal

- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting

- Proven bookkeeping experience, more than 2 years

- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

- Bilingual English and French
