JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Perform end to end recruitment process generating high volume hiring.
• Formulate job descriptions, job offers and other training/onboarding materials.
• Achieve operational efficiency by collaborating with management to analyze staffing needs and optimize job descriptions for vacancies.
• Analyze candidate resumes and schedule interviews after screening the pool to fit the advertised position.
• Notify candidates of next steps to proceed with job offer and onboarding.
• Manage and update the databases and employee records.
• Research and use various recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, employment focused online platforms to find suitable candidates.

Key Requirements:

-       Completion of high school

-       1 to 2 years of similar experience is required

-       Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player, leadership

Language: English

Salary: CAD$ 35.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
