Septa Pharmaceuticals Inc., located at 7035 Maxwell Road, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1R5, requires 1 Business Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 32.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ verifiable experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations, and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties:

1. Overall co-ordination between all the teams, such as sales, marketing, R & D, regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth communication and business operations.

2. Oversee inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure continuous product availability.

3. Meet with large volume order clients for setting the specifications, price quotation, and finalizing the negotiations.

4. Keep a vigilant eye on the competition in order to maintain the business edge.

5. Relationship management with B2B customers and handling customer complaints, if any.

6. Accompany the CEO to trade shows and conferences and be able to represent the company to various stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, pharmacies, wholesale distributors, retail stores, and medical research institutes, to tap new clients.

7. Possess and maintain the ongoing knowledge and updates regarding the pharma industry.

8. Ensure all business operations and activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, such as Health Canada.

9. Any other tasks relevant to the smooth operations of the company.
