Floor covering Supervisor

Job description:

Our company (Deep Floors) is looking for Floor covering Supervisor.

The position is full-time.

Must be flexible to cover shifts, some weekends, hours will vary from day, night and evenings. Overtime may be required.

Work location:

Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Salary: $40 - $45 hourly, 30 hours/month

Job Duties:

·      Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in floor covering installation, repair and related-services in residential and commercial properties

·      Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors

·      Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

·      Requisition materials and supplies

·      Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

·      Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions

·      Prepare work progress reports

Requirements:

•       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

•       Previous Experience in the same field and/or previous full-time training in the field will be an asset.

•       Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
