Cook

Salary: $17.25 - 18.00 per hour for 40 - 48 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Location: 6661 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, ON

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Japanese meals and dishes listed on the menu;
• Review the menu regularly for new items;
• Coordinate special events and monitor the inventory of food;
• Maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment;
• Check and monitor the quality of cooked products;
• Ensure the recipe books are up to date with current menu items, portions, and ingredients;
• Complete the duties as a line cook and perform the duties of kitchen as needed;
• Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices.
