Retail sales manager
- Location: 5200 Dixie Road, suite 53, Mississauga, ON L4W 1E8, Canada.
- Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
- Salary: $44.00 to $46.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
- Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities:
- Manage & lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize inventory management.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Coordinate promotional events to boost foot traffic and brand visibility.
- Ensure a visually appealing showroom that showcases our furniture collections effectively.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Prepare reports for upper management on sales performance and team achievements.
