Drywall Installer

Job description:

Looking for Drywall Installer for Betterjoice Renovations Inc. to work for us at various locations across the GTA.

 Duties: 

1) Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using towel and bread knife.

2) Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs and finish coat, if required.

3) Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets.

4) Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency.

5) Tape over joints using the taping machine and embed tape in compound.

6) Cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts and electrical outlets.

7) Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied.

8) Install vapor barriers and thermal and sound insulation.

9) Utilize laser alignment system.

Skills/Qualifications

*Minimum 1 year to less than 7 months

Qualification: Completion of  Secondary(High) School

Langauage- English

Salary-$31/hr
