Responsibilities

Tasks

• This group performs some or all of the following duties:
  Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
  Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
  Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
  Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
  Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
  Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage
  and cleanliness,  May perform the same duties as workers supervised
  May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store,managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

  Responsible for the making (live) and serving Exotic Paan Masala, which includes of adding or subtracting important and exotic spices and ingredients in making a PAAN as per the choice of Clients.
  Should have knowledge in different kinds of Paan, Katha, Chuna, Prayernuts (there are around 15 to
  20 kinds of Prayernuts), Elaichis. Must have full knowledge in Prayernuts and differenciate beteen different Prayernuts while serving.
  Must have knowledge and/or be ready to be trained in making Saada Paan, Meetha Paan, Banaras Special meeetha paan, Chocklate Paan Dryfruit Paan, Meetha Mawa etc as the Store serves 15 to 20 kinds of specialized Paans and Prayernuts.
  After making Paan as per the varying orders and needs of the customers, you will also be doing Cashier duties as well.

• We also specialize in making Indian style Exotic Sandwiches, Samosas, Exoctic Dabelis and serving live to the customers and it is an integral part of your responsibility and you will be trained on it. Operational duties like managing and ordering grocery are a must and we will provide training on it. Handle all Exotic Paan Masala Maker & Server(Betel Leaf ) related activities such as ordering Betel leaves, checking their quality, Order / Re-order all exotic paan masalas needed to make and serve Paans. Maintain contact with all supply vendors inclusive of issue resolution. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Supervise & assist with all duties in farrow-to-finish Exotic Paan Masala Maker & Server (Betel Leaf )
  Samosa making, Dabeli Making and Sandwich making activities including serving to the customers.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where a combination of walking and standing is
  required for the majority of the workday. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
  Prepare Cash Bank Deposits on daily basis. Urgently respond to Customer complaints.
  Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashier. Execute advanced tasks such as managing correspondence with Core-Mark (grocery ordering) Dairyland (Milk products) – ordering and replenishing supplies.
  Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
  May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
  Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

  Perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated, developing and implementing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries. 
  Executes tasks such as processing customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner and paying close attention to detail and instructions, and managing online ordering system while following proper online ordering procedures (set up, quality control and delivery check).
  Undertakes to ensure that all the Plano-grams are placed strategically as per the Plano-gram guide and also supports and implements promotional programs stringently.
