Salary: $87.25 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal teams regarding program opportunities, updates, challenges, and changes to ensure alignment on program objective achievement
- Ensure effective written and verbal communications via all channels including but not limited to reports, emails, calls, presentations, meetings, etc.
- Ensure the team plan reflects high standards, bench and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
- Develop, implement, manage, and evolve, training ,programs, administration, policies, and procedures.
- To lead and drive the Managers within the Employment Services/HR Department and other departments.
- Developing new relations and maintaining existing one with the clients and companies
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Establishing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This involves staying up to date with labor laws, overseeing employee relations, and addressing any legal or compliance issues that may arise.
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process for hiring top talent across the organization. This includes workforce planning, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and implementing effective onboarding and training programs.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team. This includes managing a team of HR professionals, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR department.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required
- Significant 5 or more years of experience in progressively responsible HR/ similar roles. This may include experience in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits,
- A strong background in strategic HR planning and execution is important.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for this role. This includes the ability to communicate complex HR concepts clearly.
