JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

-       Oversee everyday operations and staff preparing food.

-       Keep track of inventory, stock and wastage and orders.

-       Making sure all items are always stocked and maintained.

-       Listen to feedback/complaints from customers and provide solutions whenever possible.

-       Make sure the food being served is up to par with established standards.

-       Ensure that all the equipment, dishes & cutlery are in their accurate storage areas and assembled in the right order.

-       Prepare schedules for staff and keep track of holidays and time offs taken.

-       Complete every day and weekly reports and keep them organized.

-       Provide training to new hires.

Key Requirements:

-       Completion of High School

-       7 months to one year of experience

-       Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player.

-       Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
