Job Description:
Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor
Salary: $23.60 hourly for 35-40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Number of positions: 1

Employment Conditions: Work in different shifts, weekends and overtime.

• Assign sales workers to duties,
• Authorize payments by cheque,
• Authorize return of merchandise,
• Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters,
• Organize and maintain inventory,
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: High School
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a supervisor is required
