Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Financial Planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  2. Financial Management:

    • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
      • Education and Experience:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
        • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred.
        • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a plus.
        • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in financial management, with a proven track record in a senior financial role.
      • Technical Skills:

        • Proficiency in financial management software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling tools).
        • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
