- Salary: $24.50 to $27.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
- Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

- On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in set up and conduction of chemical experiments
- Operate and maintain different instruments used in Lab like Spectrophotometer, gloss-meter, particle size tester, thermometers, and fluidizer.
- Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests and analyses
- Conduct various chemical tests, experiments and analyse the samples for any defect or colour variations
- Compare batches against the standards submitted. Develop and conduct programmes of formulas and analysis to ensure they meet the specific quality control standards (colour, gloss, appearance, flow, gel-time, compatibility etc.) as defined by the client.
- Work in accordance with WHMIS guidelines, standard housekeeping policies and follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Instruct production to adjust parameters of machineries when necessary.
- Adjust formulas based on variances or conditions in production.
- Work towards continuous improvement at the process, product, and cost level.
