Wages - 22.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per Week

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

2-3 years of experience in the construction supervision role is required.

Responsibilities
Prepare production and other reports - Supervise workers and running construction projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities of the workers at site.
- Train the new workers in coordination with HR and training unit
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Set up machines and equipment as per requirement.
- Estimate costs and materials for budgetary requirements and projects.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed for all staff at site
- Recommend personnel actions as appropriate and required
- Read blueprints and drawings to assist new projects and architects
- Requisition materials, equipment and supplies as and when required
- Implement Project management techniques and Prepare project schedules
