Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Requisition and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Hire, train, and schedule food service staff.
Monitor and maintain quality control for food preparation and service.
Prepare budget estimates and food order summaries for the chef.
Oversee the delivery and presentation of food services, ensuring they meet our establishment’s culinary standards.
Establish and maintain work schedules for kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Education: College diploma, CEGEP, or equivalent certification (1-2 years program)
Experience: Minimum of 7 months in a supervisory role within a food service establishment
Certification: Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, client-focused, flexible, and dependable
