Responsibilities

Tasks?

  • Establishment of Hotels: Authorize and oversee the establishment of new hotel locations and senior staff positions within the Influent Group, ensuring alignment with our brand values and operational standards.
  • Coordination of Operations: Coordinate the activities of hotels within the Influent Group to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to high service standards that define our brand.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs designed to enhance hotel performance and drive guest satisfaction.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent Influent Hotels and Resorts Inc., or delegate representatives, in negotiations and official functions related to hotel management and purchasing, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
  • Leadership Selection: Select and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and cultivate optimal working conditions to inspire and motivate hotel teams.
  • Purchasing Management: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive purchasing policies and procedures for both hotel operations and the broader Influent Group, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
