JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education:College, CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience:1 Year toless than 2 years

Work conditions and physical capabilities:Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail,Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Personal suitability:Client focus, Dependability,Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Ability to multitask

Supervision: 3-4 people

Tasks:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
