Steve and Kerry Holdings is looking for 1 cook to join our team.

 

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Conditions: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure.

Personal suitability: Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Time management.

Job Duties:

  • Determine the size of food portions and costs,
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food,
  • Order supplies and equipment,
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment,
  • Clean kitchen and work areas,
  • Manage kitchen operations.

 

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Salary: 20.00

Benefits: Relocation costs covered by the employer

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Location: 345 E. Latoria Boulevard, Victoria, BC, V9C 4L8
