2206765 Ontario Inc. O/A Mobile Savvy located at 2273 Rymal Rd E Unit 7, Hamilton, ON L8J 2V8 requires 1 Business Coordinator on a Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties:

1.      Overall co-ordination and supervision of operations of all the seven locations.

2.      Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed.

3.      Follow up with suppliers for pending orders, negotiate prices for phone plan deals, accessories and other ancillary products.

4.      Assist the owner in overseeing the business and resolve customer complaints.

5.      Supervision of employee related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant.

6.      Assist the owner with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources.

7.      Assist the accountant in administrative work such as bookkeeping, payroll, sending invoices, follow up on pending payments etc.

8.      Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business.
