$30.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate the transportation and logistics activities of goods and materials.
  2. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
  3. Develop and implement efficient transportation routes and schedules;
  4. Coordinate logistics tasks and activities with other departments to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
  5. Coordinate inventory levels and manage the flow of goods in and out of warehouses.
  6. Prepare and finalize periodic reports and present to management.
  7. Utilize logistics software and systems to manage and track shipments.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  1. College diploma is required, preferably in the fields of supply chain management, logistics, scheduling. High education would be an asset.
  2. Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or other related fields.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  4. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
