Insurance Sales Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure completion of all necessary forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements to facilitate smooth processing.
• Monitor insurance claims, providing timely updates and resolutions to clients' inquiries and concerns.
• Offer personalized customer service, addressing client needs promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Provide comprehensive information on both group and individual insurance packages, highlighting the scope of risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
• Educate clients about the benefits paid under different policies and clarify any queries regarding coverage or claims procedures.
• Sell various types of insurance products including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and more.
• Develop tailored insurance solutions that align with clients' needs and financial goals, demonstrating expertise in product offerings and coverage options.
• Assess clients' risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance products that mitigate potential risks effectively.
• Customize insurance policies based on individual client requirements, ensuring optimal coverage and value.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy transactions, and insurance claims to ensure compliance and seamless operations.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers; able to speak, read and write in English
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment; exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize necessary document
• Skilled in resolving issues in accordance with company standards
• Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
